Writing this so I would just share these with people who ask me for directions or tips, especially for those who's living outside Metro Manila. This is gonna be a comprehensive FAQ Sheet for commuting, processing and where to go and how to send out your paper. But keep in mind that this is how Work Permits and Visas are being processed during the pandemic. Defo, the process will change once everything is back to normal. We're gonna cover the STEP by STEP Process. I've previously received a simple guideline which you will read down below. This came from a fellow au pair aspirant who's already in Sweden. Apologies for not being able to give her credit because I honestly don't know her name. You can access DETAILED STEPS once you click the "Step _". They will be written in Filipino.
NOT MINE - NOT MINE - NOT MINE - NOT MINE - NOT MINE - NOT MINE - NOT MINE -
Step 1: What you will need: signed contract, picture of your passport, & pdf copy ng comprehensive health insurance.
Step 2: After clicking the link, fill-up the necessary information, during answering the application i-a-attach mo dito ang pdf copy ng insurance mo.
May instructions dun sa e-mail that you need to follow.
E-mail ng Swedish Embassy in Bangkok: migration.bangkok@gov.se
Step 5: Mag-e-mail naman sayo ang Bangkok sa kung ano need mo gawin at dalhin sa Swedish Embassy sa Manila (BGC): Filled DVisa application form, original passport, signed declaration form, passport sized photo w white background, photocopy of your passport. Once done, you need to contact the Swedish Embassy in Manila to book an appointment.
E-mail ng Swedish Embassy in Manila: ambassaden.manila@gov.se
11th Floor, DelRosarioLaw Centre, 21st Drive corner 20th Drive, Taguig 1630, Metro Manila / Landmark: Near the American cemetery
Market! Para magpadala ng documents sa DHL.
Address ng Swedish Embassy in Bangkok:
Migration Section at Embassy of Sweden
140 Sukhumvit Road
Bangkok 10110
Thailand
Punta ka sa DHL website then click SHIP then SCHEDULE PICK-UP then follow mo lang yan. Need credit card para sa payment. Once natapos mo na, don’t forget to download yung mga importante (shipment receipt, transport label, & waybill), then e-mail the necessary files to Bangkok.
FOR STEP 10, I WILL UPDATE THIS ITEM IN REAL TIME.
THIS IS DIVIDED INTO MULTIPLE PARTS. Thanks.
